
INCOME QUALIFICATION
To purchase a permanently affordable home through Homestead Community Land Trust, you must earn less than 80 percent of Area Median Income as determined by Housing and Urban Development (HUD), an agency of the federal government. The table shows the maximum annual income dependent on the number of people in the household.
